Hunter Education– Now is the time to book those classes! Every fall, many of our TYHP newcomers scramble to find available hunter education classes. Book now so you don’t miss out this fall!

Camping– Did you know most of TYHP’s hunts are tent camping? If you don’t have experience in tent camping and would like to learn before our fall hunt session, check out Texas Outdoor Family Workshops from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. At a TOF workshop, you and your family will learn and have fun camping at state parks all around Texas. Events are only $75 per family and camping equipment is provided!

Shooting Skills– TYHP offers rifle, shotgun and bow hunts. Need to brush up on shooting skills? Head over to TPWD to learn a new skill or hone your existing skills in shooting sports!
